15 miles northwest of downtown Phoenix, family friendly Peoria is one of the largest cities in Arizona, both in land area and population. The city itself covers 117 square miles and is bordered by Glendale and Sun City.
Peoria is home to the nation’s largest spring training facility and Lake Pleasant Regional Park is the perfect place cool off and find recreation away from home.
Surprise is 45 minutes northwest of downtown Phoenix and is attracting new jobs, neighbors, retail and restaurant choices, while ensuring manageable and sustainable growth.
The city has eight open to the public golf courses, Lake Pleasant for boating and jet skiing, all within an easy drive of the amenities of the metro Phoenix area.
